Member Service Representative

Position Description

Permanent Part-time
  • Duties would include handling cash, cheques and commercial deposits, daily balancing, bill payments and other basic member requests.
  • First point of contact for
  • Permanent Part-Time (minimum 15 hours/week). Up to 37.5 hours/week are needed during first month of training and to support an upcoming 18 month maternity leave after which the minimum amount of hours is guaranteed.
  • Salary Ranges from $16 to $20 (depending on experience).
  • Work hours range from 9-5 Monday to Friday, no weekends.
  • Experience not required. Training is provided.
  • Part-Time employees qualify for full health, dental, eye care benefits after 3 months.

Qualifications Required

Do you have:

  • a positive working attitude and a willingness to learn and work within a team?
  • previous customer service experience in any retail environment including restaurant service or cashier work?
  • the desire to work in a service oriented organization dedicated to helping our membership without undo sales pressure?
