EVERY CREDIT UNION ATM IS A FFCU ATM
During this evacuation we want to remind our members that you can withdraw cash or deposit cash or cheques at any Credit Union ATM across the country, wherever you have found safety.  It will be deposited directly into your FFCU account with no additional fee or surcharge.  The Canadian Credit Union system works together to provide one of the largest ATM networks in the country, so please feel free to deposit or withdrawal - DING FREE!

BRANCH CLOSED DUE TO WILDFIRE EVACUATION
A community wide mandatory evacuation was declared in Flin Flon on May 28th 2025 and so our branch remains closed until further notice.  We have established temporary emergency phone services from remote locations for our members to call.  The numbers that may be used are 204-271-0170 or 204-271-2184 or 204-271-1632 available for limited hours between 12-2 each weekday until further notice.  Please feel free to email your request to service@ffcu.ca and we will respond throughout the day.  Thank you for your patience and stay safe everyone.

Evacuee Payment Relief Program
To assist with the cost of evacuations our consumer and commercial members may apply for up to one month's loan deferrals under the new Evacuee Payment Relief Program.  This applies to personal and business mortgages, loans and lines of credit for evacuees.  Email us at service@ffcu.ca or call one of our emergency numbers at 204-271-0170 or 204-271-2184 or 204-271-1632 to discuss.  This is a Board approved special extension so does not interfere or is not negated by your use of access to regular payment relief already in your loan agreements.  Due to lack of remote resources the deferral may take 48 hours to process but we will contact you if there are any issues that develop.  You can apply for this relieve up until June 30, 2025.

The Toll Free Number to report your MemberCard lost or stolen is 1-888-277-1043.  They will close your card and the branch staff will be happy to provide you a new one on the next business day.
